Helping you to Build
These are the three principles that underpin all that we do and define what we provide for you.
We deliver this through Collaboration, Partnership, and Teamwork with you, and with our people, via our strong Management Team.
Our forward-thinking ethos has rewarded us with a Brand known throughout the region for its Industry-leading, innovative and people-focused approach.
Our investment in modern technology, more efficient materials such as Tube-Lock and HAKI system scaffold, and the CPD of our operatives, continues to drive our success.
Safe working practices are imperative to keep our operatives, clients and the general public safe.
We achieve pre-determined high standards through a collaborative approach involving our Health and Safety Department who monitor sites daily, thus ensuring that the uncompromising standards that we champion are being implemented.
Malvern’s success would not be possible without our valued, skilled and dedicated employees.
We invest continuously in the development of our employees to ensure they are equipped to implement our rigorous safe working standards.
This is achieved through our robust management hierarchy, from our Operations Managers providing logistical support to our workforce, through to our Training Supervisor who ensures that employees are developing as per their Personal Development Plan.
Over the years we have assisted and supported numerous good causes.
Our focus is to support youngsters getting involved in sport. Previously we have sponsored Junior teams at Worcester Warriors and Colwall Cricket Club, currently we sponsor Worcester City Under 11 Girls Team.
Within the Construction Industry, our Directors have for over a decade, been on the voluntary committee of Hereford and Worcester ‘Working Well Together’ which disseminates knowledge and best practice to SME construction businesses.
