Training

We want everyone who works for us to have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge. We aim to ensure that staff are able to perform their jobs to the best of their ability, while growing and developing with us – and as an individual.

We recognise that investing in the development of our staff is fundamental to developing our business. To this end, we set aside a substantial annual training budget to achieve this aim.

We have developed training programmes to meet individual needs, focusing on key elements of training to maximise the competence of the workforce.

All our operatives are trained to meet the required standard of the Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme, overseen by the CITB. We use a number of training providers as well as our own training facilities to provide these courses.
